This mobile wasn't as cheaply made as I thought it was going to be. Some people wrote reviews that the cards were very poor quality. The cards are made of very pliable shiny plastic. The mobile was easy to assemble and very adjustable, so I can change the height or position very easily. For what it cost, I think it's a very good deal. I also really liked that the colours are vibrant instead of the boring pastels that so many baby products come in.

Our daughter enjoyed this toy immensely when she was about 4 weeks to 4 months. It hands nicely over the changing table and keeps her entertained. It was fun to see her determine her favorite images and move from preferring the colored version to colored version. The bummer about this product is how difficult it is to change the cards. As an ophthalmologist, I can attest to the functional utility of this product. Newborns truly are drawn to high contrast patterns--but this product is so poorly made I would not recommend it. The plastic cards are badly made--3 of them were broken straight out of the box such that I had to use tape to put them back together.
