This easel is awesome. Study, well thought out,and will grow with the child. It was purchased for a 2 1/2 year old and was a big hit. Paper roll is at the ready, chalkboard was easy to use (I had read older reviews that said it was hard to write on so I was ready with chalkboard paint...but that problem has been solved!) The overall concept of product is very good,but how do you teach a child which side is only for chalk and not dry erase and vise versa? I can see these getting mixed up and potential ruined if not completely supervised at all times. I thought upon ordering this product that it came with a small amount of product for children to play with e.g. chalk,paint, marker,etc. since it said "DELUXE" Standing Easel. Rating: - Very Pleased So Far
I was surprised at how easy this item was to assemble. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. The storage trays are great and I love the paint containers. Keeps the paint from getting everywhere and keeps it from drying out too quickly. We have only had this for a couple of weeks, so I can't say as to how long this product will "hold up." But, so far, so good !

Rating: - Great educational tool.
I got this easel for for my 5 yr. old son for Christmas. It was fairly easy to put together on Christmas eve and is holding up nicely. My son loves it. He practices writing his letters on the dry erase board, and loves to paint on paper the clips hold. The price i paid here was lower than anywhere else. Overall, a great, sturdy easel that we will get lots of use out of.

Rating: - Excellent easel, good value!
We bought this easel for our 5-year old. It has been frequently used by both the 5-year old and our 2-year old daughters. At first we were afraid that the little one was going to destroy the easel but it has withstood her attentions and is continuing to provide both girls with hours of fun! We have even attached extra-large writing paper to allow the oldest to practice her handwriting. She loves playing "school" with the easel as much as she loves drawing and painting!
