The Biology of Belief reinforced my belief that drugs do nothing but cause problems for the body. Bruce Lipton shows exactly what drugs do to the body which for myself was a vindication of what I believed for the last 20 years. It also gives great hope for the power of belief in providing a means to listen to the body and act on what you feel when the body speaks.
